For more detailed design services—such as in-home measurements, custom renderings, or preparing order specifications—we may request a design retainer. This helps us dedicate the time and resources your project deserves. Retainers are applied toward your project, so every dollar goes right back into your remodel.

A smaller bath update may take only a few weeks, while a full kitchen remodel with custom cabinetry can run several months from design through installation.
